Registering bank details

I have tried to register my bank details for payments & purchases but I only have a joint account which is not acceptable by eBay. 
I can't get through to a representative to advise me what to do, any suggestions?

Ebay CS will not be able to help

You have to have a bank account with the same name as the seller and it has to be a 

one person account
