Hi, I wondered which Social Channel/s Ebay now uses for UK Customer
Services, such as Instagram or TikTok, as I used to use X / Twitter,
however I think the DM service may not be available on that Social
Platform now?Thanks,
Hi, Does the Live text provision seem to vary from day to day? It seems
available to help with a type of issue one day and then maybe not the
next? I think it is varying according to staff levels etc?
