Can I have negative feedback removed if I disagree with it? I don’t have any but it was something that crossed my mind recently when a customer put feedback on my item by mistake (was intended for someone else’s). We sorted it but it made me wonder.

I have contacted a buyer who has not paid (6 days after winning) and they now say they did not read the description until after bidding. Over many years of buying and selling on eBay this has never happened to me. Not sure what best course of action ...
