How can I limit search to UK sellers only

I log on to website " ebay.co.uk " but many of the sellers are USA based which would involve heavy posage charges. I did log on the ebay in USA in the past to look for a radio fo my elderly aunt. Any advice ?

I am used to the ebay bidding process. Some things are listed as fixed price but people "watch" the item.Not sure why.
