Despite turning off every communication preference I can find, I am still getting Ebay emailing me regularly asking about how I like mundane Ebay purchases. Ebay is too chatty. Can anyone advise how to turn off these annoying emails please?

Well over two weeks and I have not had a refund of fees. My invoice shows the fees charged twice.

When I cancelled Ebay said they had 10 days to respond. It's been 14 or so.
