Want refund of seller fees because buyer didn't pay.

But when I try to report it, it says:

 

"Your request to cancel this transaction has been sent to the buyer.
  • It's not possible to open an unpaid item case while this request is in progress."

However I sent the request to cancel about 2 weeks ago and there has been no reply.

 

Any tips please?

Well over two weeks and I have not had a refund of fees. My invoice shows the fees charged twice.

 

It's well over two weeks ago now and I havn't had a refund of my fees.

 

I have just had an invoice and seller fees appear twice for the same item.

you can't open a non payment case if you have already chosen the cancel transaction option,

 

you just have to wait for the buyer to accept the cancellation or for the case to time out.
