Want refund of seller fees because buyer didn't pay.

But when I try to report it, it says:

"Your request to cancel this transaction has been sent to the buyer.

• It's not possible to open an unpaid item case while this request is in progress."

However I sent the request to cancel about 2 weeks ago and there has been no reply.

Any tips please?

you can't open a non payment case if you have already chosen the cancel transaction option,

you just have to wait for the buyer to accept the cancellation or for the case to time out.

When I cancelled Ebay said they had 10 days to respond. It's been 14 or so.

you can't open a non payment case, as you went down the cancel route, the buyer had 10 days to accept or refuse it, you now need to wait for the case to time out
