GSP restricted Items & Copy Rights on Old Listing Details

I solld an item via GSP , they restricted it .. and refunded myself and buyer in full ..all very good, however i was not given any explanation as to why it was restricted..2 months on ..the item has appeared on Ebay ,with my old listing being copied ...
