The GSP user agreement says that eBay may dispose of, or sell, restricted items. They need to recoup the refunded amount, so maybe the seller bought it from eBay, or maybe the account is an eBay account.

You give permission for people to use your photos when you list something, and unless you can find a policy that says copying descriptions is not allowed, there is nothing you can complain about.

You could contact them and ask them to remove your photos but there is little you can do to force them.

It does say that if an item is undeliverable then the buyer and seller gets their money and the item  will be disposed of appropriately as an ‘undeliverable’ item. Once that happens the item does not belong to you so it is out of your hands.

If it was undeliverable then I would think that means it could not be sent overseas to wherever it was going but may be able to be sold in the UK.

Could it be that it is not your item just your photos?.
