I fail to understand some of the points you are making. If sellers leaving feedback is such a bad thing, then why do many of the reputable companies selling on ebay automatically leave feedback when they receive the order and payment?As for the buyer...

Because as I say, you can only leave feedback for items you have received and accepted and are happy with! This item for example has now disappeared from my 'purchase history' page. So how can I possibly leave him any adverse feedback?
