I want to pay for an item but the total includes the postage. I will collect the item as was offered in description. How do I pay for item only ?

When I try to leave feedback for a seller, at the final click 'leave feedback' I'm not able to proceed. The curser shows a red circle with a red diagonal line through it. So not able to leave the feedback. Anyone know why?

I'm trying to add tracking number of return postage label at point of 'mark as dispatched

I have a return postage label and am ready to 'mark as dispatcphed' But when I enter the tracking number it says that the number already exists in the system. So I'm unable to mark it as dispatched without entering a tracking number.
