Feedback is forever glitchy on the site, and it's just a case of ' please try again later' ' usually.
If youn are using an app or phone, more prone to glitches, you could try and switch to a laptop / PC / browser , see if that helps. or can try leaving it through ebay.com, though here, remember to log out afterwards back to ebay.co.uk, or you'll be seeing everything in US $$'s forevermore!
Probably why eBay allow us 60 days in which to leave feedback!
