Your account seems to be showing as US registered. It may mean that when you first registered your account you did it on the .com site rather than the UK. I understand you have a UK address but its more than likely the reason you are getting the cross border error message is because it is picking up the account as being a US account while trying to select a UK charity for the listing.
We don't have access to accounts here on the community so it would be best to go through the contact us option here on your account for customer support
