I can’t refund any of my buyers. Keeps saying I’ve already issued refund if I try, which I haven’t.

Anyone having issues issuing refunds to buyers.  We are a small charity using eBay and 100% of sales are paid to our charity.  We have a couple of issues this month where we wanted to issue a full refund for one buyer and a partial refund for another.  We keep getting message saying we have already refunded.

We are not aware of any other reports of this at the moment. Were you issuing these refunds though cases?
