Fake fragrance bought 27th Oct Seller no longer on eBay any help..

My Sister in law bought 5 Paco Robanne Million fragrances for Christmas presents..

Guess what, they are all fake but the seller is no longer on eBay and 30 days has passed. Is there any way to get the money back? Or is is a lost cause
