How Do I Report A Fraudulent Car Listing

I've found a listing for a car that has been copied from another website (links below)

Looking at the sellers other items they are all cars that are listed around at around a third of their true value.  

I tried using the report option but it doesn't have an option to "report a fraudulent listing"
