I have had this problem for over a month now with 0 help from eBay support, from within the eBay app only 12 out of 40 listings are being shown, you can’t even search for them either, contacted support they told me to delete and reinstall the app which doesn’t work because I have had multiple buyers on the app contact me saying they cannot purchase my items because it tells them they cannot from within the app and to instead add to wishlist, this is greatly impacting my sales and I’m receiving no help on the subject, it’s clearly a bug on eBay’s end and it needs fixing

Just to confirm I am seeing this too. I have specifically re-created this with an item in the "Video Game" Category. The iPhone app does not show it in the app when browsing or searching. *If* you get sent a direct link to it then you can view it, you can favourite it and find it again in favourites. The Android app and website do not have this issue.
In addition we have seen the same issue with a handbag however it has appeared a couple of weeks later!!! The lady who was searching for the item as an end user has stated that she is struggling to use the ebay app at present for this reason.
We have tried rebooting an iPhone with this issue and that has made no difference, there doesn't appear to be a way of clearing the cache in the app vs an android device so not sure what else can be done to troubleshoot.

marco@ebay Please can we have some sort of update on this as you can see its a big problem and we are still being kept in the dark as to what's going on, we've provided enough evidence to show that its a bug on ebays part yet no progress is being made to provide us with any info or fix when its been an ongoing problem for months now. I think we can all agree that this is completely unfair for us sellers to have to just put up with losing all these potential sales whilst we all continue to pay for Ebay ads and shop fees for them to not even show all of our listings. Customer support is completely useless so we can only really rely on yourself for any information.

The chance of getting a real fix is highly unlikely, back in June-July time, i spent 4 weeks going back and forth with support as i immediately noticed when the issue first started happening, the issue got escalated multiple times with support telling me the same thing over and over again (can you restart the app? can you logout and log back in? we will flag our tech team.) after giving up completely with how useless the support on this site is after about a further 3 weeks of waiting they decided to fix half of my listings so that they could be bought and seen again on my profile, but once you revise the listing they magically disappear again. i have completely given up on any chance of a fix and just started praying the tech team mistype a line of code and publish an update the accidentally fixes it. the fact that this issue has been going on about 3 months now and people sales have dropped many times over really just shows how much the company cares about its sellers, i am lucky enough to have other sources of income but its really disappointing when you realize that some people depend on this for their business and livelihood makes me sick to my stomach.
