tracking a medal group sold on ebay

Saw the following on another website. (WorthPoint) The medals belonged to my husband and went missing approx 30 years ago, Would like to contact the buyer with a view to purchasing them back.

This is a Grenadier Guards CSM, with bar Northern Ireland and UN Cyprus medal pair, to Gdsm 24428518 M.R. Smith Gren Gds. Along with this medal comes a researched service history from his enlistment in 1977 to his termination in 1987, he served all his Battalion life in the Inkerman Company (the incremental company of the Third Battalion) with the 2 nd Battalion, including tours of Northern Ireland. Was posted to Munster Germany in February 1979, and he undertook an Emergency tour of Northern Ireland from March to July 1980 The Battalion Left Munster and returned to Chelsea Barracks in Feb 198, and from November 1982 to June 1983 they formed part of the UN Peace keeping force in Cyprus. From October 1983 until 1987, Smith was a member of the Staff at the guards Depot. The groups comes with the Following Jpeg Images, in which he is present: 1. The Inkerman Company “ box Factory” Cyprus Photo (named) 2. Caterham Company Guards Depot 1985, Photo (circled) the Medals are in excellent condition and are mounted for wear.
