Just had someone attempt to scam me. Where can I report them?

Hi everyone,

So I've just had someone try to scam me by trying to circumvent eBay and sending me a fake PayPal money sent notification (the email address clearly wasn't from PayPal).  Is there any way I can report this user to eBay?

The Scammer will be using a Compromised Account. The legitimate Account Holder won't be responsible. Other than being laxed enough to let his Account get Hacked in the first place.

Go to Help and Contact pn the top of the page and search 'Report a buyer'.

There isn't much point reporting though, as they will pop up soewhere else and open or hack another account and carry on until they are caught.

Make sure you add their ID to your blocked list and stay as vigilant as you evidently are, so you don't get caught out.
