Just had someone attempt to scam me. Where can I report them?

Hi everyone,

So I've just had someone try to scam me by trying to circumvent eBay and sending me a fake PayPal money sent notification (the email address clearly wasn't from PayPal).  Is there any way I can report this user to eBay?
