So I've just had someone try to scam me by trying to circumvent eBay and sending me a fake PayPal money sent notification (the email address clearly wasn't from PayPal). Is there any way I can report this user to eBay?
The Scammer will be using a Compromised Account. The legitimate Account Holder won't be responsible. Other than being laxed enough to let his Account get Hacked in the first place.
