I left negative feedback ( twice now ) but the feedback has gone. It does not appear on my feedback

I bought from a 'trusted' seller, and could not leave negative feedback for several days. When I did, the feedback shows as given on the item - but the actual feedback does not show in my list, and the seller also does not show the feedback.

It looks like the transaction never happened!

 

We rely on the feedback to identify poor sellers, if there is a mechanism to make negative feedback dissappear then this breaks the model that we rely on!

did you go through the resolution process or just leave negative feedback?

 

 

if you don't use the resolution centre and just leave negatives sellers can apply to get them removed.

 

 

if you did open a case and mentioned it in the feedback, the seller can get it removed
