I have had various returned items turning up at my address, which are not mine. Is this a scam?

I have received four parcels in the past month to my address, but with a name I do not recognise. I opened one and it was face masks that had been returned to the seler. I assume the other packages contain the same.
Is this somehow a scam? I contacted the seller and they said 'I had my address listed wrong, I've changed it now'. They did not ask me to send on the returned items or put back in the post or anthing...

Apparently people get paid to leave reviews so theres a temptation to have multiple accounts, and they use your address and a fake name. Contact Ebay and ''Qmaz*n'' customer services; you should be able to check if accounts with other names use your address.
