I have had various returned items turning up at my address, which are not mine. Is this a scam?

I have received four parcels in the past month to my address, but with a name I do not recognise. I opened one and it was face masks that had been returned to the seler. I assume the other packages contain the same.

Is this somehow a scam? I contacted the seller and they said 'I had my address listed wrong, I've changed it now'. They did not ask me to send on the returned items or put back in the post or anthing...

It's not a scam as you have received items,  and no one has asked you for money.

The seller needs to pay for the return postage if they want their items sending back.

Not quite understanding how this ended up with you correcting your address in this matter?

The seller told OP they had the address wrong and have now changed it. OP didnt change the address.
