Trust and Safety are asking me to provide them with a Certificate of Incorporation which is only issued once you register a Ltd company. I am self -employed and have told them that repeatedly , but they just don't understand what self-employment in the Uk is, they just repeat the same requirement- Certificate of Incorporation. I am not legaly required to own a company in order to have a business account on Ebay. So I don't understand why are they so unprofessionl or why is Trust and Safety run by people who don't understand the issue?Any one has an advise on how to get through to them?
