how do I get rid of emails telling me someone has added to a post?

It's been a while since I have posted on here, and now my email is getting blocked with emails every time someone posts on something I left a message on. I cannot figure out where to go to stop them. Please help, thank you in advance. x

On the community, look for "notifications" and check your settings there. Set the email when someone replies to "never".

Click on your name on RT home page, you get My Settings  there
