It's been a while since I have posted on here, and now my email is
getting blocked with emails every time someone posts on something I left
a message on. I cannot figure out where to go to stop them. Please help,

I am an old hand and non poster because I forgot my password and haven't
stopped. And I have missed both the 69 and the 100. \Just ventured on
after sending off applications and nostalgia got the better of me.
