anybody else had the misfortune to buy something from direct vacuums?

Will now have to go through some godforsaken process to get my money back; will avoid ebay like the plague if this is the quality of companies on it

So sorry of course to hear what has happened. Hopefully all will be sorted, one way or the other, as soon as can be. 

Of course after all is settled then best avoid that company for ever.

But please don't brand all sellers with the same vacuum, erm, brush. There are a lot of fantastic, and very good sellers on Ebay.
