Year of the Horse?

It's the Chinese Year of the Horse.

Not according to the BBC, it's not.

If you read the article in the Independant and look at the photos from around the world celebrating the New Year .............. #10 looks like she's rather overdone it on the incense sticks.

I wouldn't have thought that it was the year of any creature that walks, crawls, fly's, or swims in China.

As they seem to eat ANYTHING that does.

...and named Labour leader Ed Miller Band, while during the coverage of the Queen Mother's funeral, there was a call for 'a moment's violence'.

And another embarrassing faux pas of the BBC, was on an ocassion when a reporter visiting a farm spoke of how the pigs "love to nibble anything that comes into the shed, like our wellies". 

Unfortunately the subtitles alongside the report changed the last word to a homophone for the male appendage. (Which I am not going to repeat on here, knowing how sensitive certain people can be).
