Will PayPal be safe to use from now on?

With convicted felon Donald Trump in power, will PayPal be safe to use? Trump has freed the criminal mastermind of the Dark Web Silk Road, Ross Ulbricht. Thiel and Musk set up PayPal and they are now in deep with Trump, "thick as thieves" metaphorically speaking, and now there's Ulbricht back on the scene. Is your money safe in PayPal?.Your thoughts please.

To be honest, as far as Trump and Musk are concerned, as well as Ulbricht, Paypal is the least of my worries!!

Actually, when eBay dropped PayPal as their payment processor they replaced them with Adyen ... at the time and the last time I checked PayPal was the No 1 Payment Processor in the world.  Adyen was No 7 ... my first thought was, "we didn't even get a top 5 pick!".

Not sure if you remember when Ross Perot ran for US President in the early 90s, he was a businessman not a politician but did well to explain that the US was headed for Trillion dollars of debt if they didn't change the way government was run and how money was spent.  While he did not win that election he was spot on with his assessment.  Our government has long ceased being a governing body and is more like a business.  Having a businessman as President is probably one of the best things that has happened for us here the US.
