For weeks now, every time the TV news reports from Westminster, there's some bloke bawling in the background.

Who is he? Has he nothing better to do? What's he think he's going to achieve by his constant shouting?

Not sure CeeDee.I remember reading somewhere that he was from Wales. I'd like to see him stand in the middle of my town shouting 'Stop Brexit' with his megaphone..he wouldn't last long! Not that it matters now.
