Hi guys - I'm supporting a local band who have done really well in this national competition to get the opportunity to go and play at Download Festival 2013.  Akord came #1 in the first round of voting. There are only seven days left- but you can vote every day! Please consider voting for this band Akord every day until 24th May when voting closes.

I was going to vote, but it seems you have to be on Twitter to do so, which I'm not. Sorry, 'cos I liked them! Vocals maybe could be a bit stronger, drowned out a little by the instruments, but allover, very good, I really enjoyed! 🙂

Thanks - they'll be so stoked if they make it play at Download - alongside the likes of Iron Maiden, Slipknot and Rammstein http://www.downloadfestival.co.uk - it would be a dream come true for them. 😄

Just voted on F/Book (did it on o/h's as I don't have an account there either)!  He'll prob not be pleased - he doesn't like the same music as me  :^O

Hope they do well - will look out for them!  😄
