I purchased a book many weeks ago, it is now about 5 weeks past the delivery date. I`ve opend a case for this, I`ve emailed the seller many times without reply.

The strange thing is, previous feedback for this seller is excellent from various other buyers. Am loath to leave neg feedback in case a genuine mistake has been made.

Any ideas please.

Worst case scenario first, they might have died?

After that, check any current activity and think of any reason that fits?

Thanks cee-dee, good idea. Have had a look and no activity since June. Either gone on long holiday and forgot about book being listed, or...........no longer with us.

Don't leave feedback until you know the outcome of the dispute in case there is a positive development.

Were you in time to open an INR and if the seller does not respond to it, to still get a refund from eBay?
