I purchased a book many weeks ago, it is now about 5 weeks past the delivery date. I`ve opend a case for this, I`ve emailed the seller many times without reply.

The strange thing is, previous feedback for this seller is excellent from various other buyers. Am loath to leave neg feedback in case a genuine mistake has been made.

Any ideas please.
