Right, that's over?

We've had the EU elections now and it seems pretty clear the electorate want OUT?

Now, what purpose would another referendum serve if the EU result is anything to go by?

Those pushing for a new referendum don't say what stance they'd take if another one was as resounding as the result of the vote we've just had?

What do they think they can do? The EU has said several times that the current "deal" on offer is where it's at, it's not negotiable so where will they go from there?

It's pretty clear the EU don't want us to leave and you have to ask why that is? It's not that they're thinking it's the best for US, it's because it's the best for THEM!

Those pushing for another referendum are always looking at it as if they're expecting the result a new vote to be to stay in. I can't say I've ever seen one of those remainers considering in any way the possibility of the vote being to leave. We've had a referendum, we've just had a resounding victory for Farage and LEAVE, why would we want to waste loads of time and money on another vote?

OK, so the remainers = Lib-Dems have had a sizeable result too but it's not in any way as sizeable as Farage = LEAVE?

Right, that's over?

A wake up call for the main parties ignoring what was voted for.

It’s a shame to see Farage lording it over us all, ok his message is a simple one ie leave without a deal on WTO terms, I have to ask how many people have a realistic idea of what that entails. We have to trust those who we elect and the problem is that no one trusts our politicians anymore. There is a gaping void requiring to be filled, someone with charisma and a clear message, but all we have is washed up bullingdon boys and a 70 year old allotment holder with no work experience whatsoever! The activists remain loyal but for how long?

You were very kind to JC there? You missed out "Pacifist, communist, marxist/trotskyist, militant, antisemetist, advocate of nationalisation and finally, on examination of his activities over the years, anti-establishment".

I think he deserves a little leeway given he is in his seventieth year. And of course he is in line to be beatified, owing to his enormous popularity. Blessed be the great Corbyn he will take his rightful place on the iron throne.

What amuses me are those contenders to lead the Conservative Party who say they will deliver a no-deal Brexit - how, when Parliament has made it clear that it won’t vote for a no-deal exit?
