Has anyone had issues with the help facility over the weekend?
I've been trying to speak with an agent since yesterday at roughly 4pm regarding an issue with a buyer.
The questions on the help bot are just going back and forth between two questions - pick an item you wish to speak about, I pick the item. Next, what would like to do? I answer speak with agent. Next, pick an item you wish to speak about and so on......
Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated 🙏
