I think when the thread first started a couple of years ago the idea was for words to follow on although we did synonyms too. Lately, we've been more or less "following on", not making a sentence, just adding a word that could either precede or follow.
"Reg" could be followed by "number" or "Kray" but what could predcede it, I can't think at the mo?
