It often plays up. You have to be patient with it.
Using Firefox, I can post and it seems to take ages to upload BUT....... if I quickly open the RT in another browser window it shows that I've posted.
If I then quickly go back to my FF window, it will seem my post is still to upload but if I just go up to the top of the page and click the Round Table link. ***BINGO*** my post is already there.
