#19,
It applies at the moment and will apply when the boards re-open after the July 9th shutdown.
Heck, I'd have needed an "edit" button for that last word, I'd hit the key to the right of the "u" on my keyboard. Fortunately I spotted it B-)

Please take note of the content of this post because it may not be here on Monday.
Posters are asking, "What is the point of reporting any posts at all, especially posts that are neither grossly pornographic nor containing lots of foul language and not even containing a personal attack on another poster.
I'll try to explain the reasons but this is just my own personal opinion.
Let's say that a poster gets banned from posting on these boards for breaking one of the above rules. This person feels aggrieved and considers that he or she can get back at whoever reported them by pressing the button on anybody that writes a post that may possibly have committed an offense. Meanwhile, a cyber pal of the first person that got banned also gets banned. Then the two get in contact and form a plan. That plan being to totally destroy the Round Table by reporting most of the old members from way back. Bearing in mind that new members couldn't be guilty of button pushing 'cos they weren't physically here to do it. Eventually, the RT would lose most of its posters either because the regulars get banned and move away or because the regulars are disgusted at the way the moderation seems to be working against them.
Another theory is that members with a coloured strip on their posts are responsible for all the facetious button pushing. I don't go for that idea myself. If they were guilty, there would be no RT by now.
I hope at least some of that makes sense.
Stevie.
