It's gone up since I first heard it, they said 40 first thing, poor dogs.

It's bad enough hearing it but knowing that they couldn't escape from it makes you shudder!.

Rubbish bins, schools, nature reserves, and now a Dogs' Home. Another case of a 'bored' and brainless teenager resorting to arson for 'something to do' ?

A month ago another low life scumbag put a match to a bird aviary here. The culprit still hasn't been apprehended. What's the betting they're from the same mould as the above ?
