(Acts 8:4; 1 Pet. 1:8) Likewise today, Jesus has not personally spoken to any of the eight million active Kingdom preachers. But all recognize their obligation to exercise faith in Christ and to express that faith by means of the witnessing work.—Jas. 2:18. w15 3/15 4:14, 15

Hi the days text today although I haven't actually read it before today.

 Thought it was very apt.

Let each one examine his own actions, and then he will have cause for rejoicing in regard to himself alone.—

Gal. 6:4.The greatest privilege any human can have is one that all of us share. It is that of being a fellow worker with Jehovah in the Christian ministry. This is a privilege to be cherished! As long as Satan’s world exists, our possibilities of service to Jehovah may be limited. We may have no control over our family responsibilities, health, or other circumstances. But that is no reason to be unduly discouraged. Never underestimate your potential for working with God by bearing witness to his name and making known his Kingdom at every opportunity. Of prime importance is that you are working with him to the extent possible for you personally and that you are praying for his blessing to be with your brothers who are able to do more than you can. Remember, every person who praises Jehovah’s name is precious in his eyes! w14 10/15 3:16, 17

As the thread does seem to be moving toward a more personal attack then  i shall leave and not contribute to it any more.

I feel very sorry that it looks as though it has opened old wounds. I feel sympathy for any suffering anyone may be going through.

I didn't intend for argument I understood this forum to be a discussion forum,  but the bitterness being put across now is telling me it time to leave it.  I love Jehovah very much and if I have seen to be in the wrong in his eyes I know I will be loving reproved. I hope I am humble enough to accept any that may come.

Lettie.  Yes, I commented on the Sig, I think too that this thread shows there are many enemies but I take courage because I know the reasons why and have have faith in God's love.

You are all still human beings and should be respected and treated with the same kindliness that we would be expected to be treated with.Three is a difference between being friendly towards a fellow human being and having a close friendship with someone. 

One last scripture I would like to add. , "  “Keep on, then, seeking first the Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these other things will be added to you, you can always Google which book of the Bible it is if you want to.  Xxx

I joined this forum the first week it opened and if I have learned anything from it, it is that in all that time, religious threads have gone round and round in circles with no definitive answers to the questions that we all want to know.

And Why ?..................Because NO ONE knows the answers...............And they are not, as the OP would have us believe, to be found in the bible. And selecting certain passages whilst ignoring others, just to suit her agenda, still does not come up with the answers.....And never will............No matter how many brain cells a person uses up in trying to find them.

I said in a previous post that I found some of her fanatical beliefs a little sinister, and having read more of her later posts I have now firmed my opinion.  In discussion with another person (not RT) he stated that he was absolutely appalled at the way the JW movement was being brought into disrepute by the continued haranguing of board members who did not blindly accept and agree, with everything she said.

 What concerns me is if this is the way that the JW movement go about trying to convert and increase their membership? How many innocent, impressionable youngsters and gullible older people have fallen for it?

Is it anything other than an attempt to radicalize?....The definition of which, is: "To make someone become more radical ( = extreme) in

their political or RELIGIOUS beliefs (Cambridge Dictionary)

As clearly demonstrated on other threads by the OP, the stance of most (and me in particular?) is pretty well known so trying to say that the feelings of those on here are not known is stretching the truth a bit.

If the threads are an attempt to "convert" anyone, I think they've had the opposite effect with their twisted outlook and interpretation of the words of Man.

There are on average 141 'rules' that a JW HAS to abide by.

From not being allowed to take yoga classes, join the Boy/Girl Scouts, not being allowed to support Alcoholics Anonymous, donate to any charity shop that has a 'church' background, play competitive sports, dance, study psychology, philosophy or sociology. Throw rice at a wedding, buy a raffle/lotto ticket or play bingo.

But the one I find most strange is the one regarding 'mental illness' being contagious and to associate with people with mental illnesses will mean you will die.

Good luck? Nope, nope not allowed to say, or even think the words, or say the words 'good luck'.

The JWs...I actually pity them ! Their 'elders' in NYC run a multinational profitable organisation, with the spondulicks rolling in ! The rest of the sheep just follow, finding comfort in the Scriptures, with the belief that they are the 'chosen few' !

What can I say to them ? AWAKE (the title of your faith's leaflet) at last...and escape !

The 'elders' are also the custodians of the 'rule' book - ONLY the elders are allowed access to it. So the little JW's only know by word of mouth what those rules are - they can be changed at will/whim at anytime and the JW's are forbidden to question it - just accept it like sheep with no reason of logical thought.

Just wanted to say that on all the threads about the same subject that we have had on here, I have found you to be unfailingly polite, and you come across as a nice person. I do wonder why you post these threads, and set yourself up for ridicule, but as you are expected to proseletyse, then in a way I have to understand that. I have always tried to ask genuine questions, sometimes with a bit of humour thrown in, and never intended to offend. It's a bit of a lost cause to try and convert anyone on here as the majority of us regular posters are Atheists, and happy to be so. 

Maybe knocking on real doors is the way for you to go.
