Now that we’re legitimate again, we could use a place for folk to post pics, graphics and animations that they’d like others to see. And this could be the very place.

computer , dont ask, and all my code and password reminders

were on my old one, so middle daughter said I could have hers as

With apologies to everyone for my absence ~ I've been living a bit of a bat's life, turning night into day, and generally feeling like carp, with all the concentration powers of a debilitated gnat.  Feeling TAT (tired all the time!).  Apart from that, of course, I've been absolutely "Fine!".  :_|

Last I recall, I was attempting to change OE9 to OE8.  That didn't work ~ (???) ~ and I still don't have OE9 back to where it was before, it's been driving me 'nuts',

So ~ if I can start again please ... can someone tell me how to get back to OE8, as I believe OE9 and Windows 7 have certain problems ... and, one way or another, I'm going to get some animations downloaded and working ...

With thanks to Tim for all the yummy orange juice, and if I may change my "order" to a brandy and port please, for the benefit of my hacking cough which has had me downing the Benylin ~ could only get the non-drowsy 😞  

BTW, today was supposed to be our warmest day (in s.w Scotland) so, of course, it wasn't.  It was dullish and mild, but absolutely not 'hot'.

Hello Cat.

To revert back to IE8 you need to uninstall IE9. It is an update rather than a program 😉

1. Close all programs.

2.Click start, & then click control panel.

3. Click Uninstall a Program under the Programs category.

4. In the tasks pane, click View installed updates.

5. In the list of installed updates, double-click Windows Internet Explorer 9.

PC will probably need a reboot & then it should be back to IE8.
