Bunny, you should get your sick pay and when you go back to work they will owe you the holidays and bank holidays you've missed while you were off sick....well that's how it works for us.

Hi Daisy, that's what I would have said, but the wages office want me to sign off the sick on 22nd December so I get my holiday pay and not the lesser sick pay, and sign on again 4th January?
Something about 'you can't be paid twice for the same week' in reference to carrying over my holidays into the new year, as i've already had pay for those weeks, albeit sick pay?
