Dunno, Windows 7 has auto arrange enabled by default, so you cannot drag/drop pictures to where you want within folders... MS in their wisdom removed the ability to disable this. Loads of compaints about this on google!

There is a workaround which includes downloading a batch file which I haven't done so can't recommend it.
