seller email confirmations - How to turn these off please

Sorry if this is obvious but I have looked and not found the answer...just want to prevent eBay from sending me so many emails and think that with notifications via the eBay app I can survive without the additional email confirmations to my outlook account.

Please, if you know how I can do this do enlighten me :>)
