Given that the transaction is legitimate and has been fulfilled on my end, I would like to ask:

 

  1. Will I still receive the payout for this transaction despite the suspension?
  2. If so, when should I expect the funds to be released?

 

 

Additionally, I respectfully request a review of the suspension, as I do not believe I have done anything to warrant this action. If there is any further information you need from me to resolve this, I am more than happy to provide it.

Dear eBay Customer Support,

 

I am contacting you regarding the recent permanent suspension of my eBay account. I was surprised by this action, as I am not aware of having violated any policies, and I’ve always made every effort to comply with eBay’s rules and provide a positive experience for buyers.

 

I am currently in the middle of a transaction that I am very concerned about. The buyer has already paid, and I have shipped the item with full tracking. Here are the transaction details:

We are unable to appeal suspended accounts here as these are the discussion boards and account details cannot be shared publicly. It would be best to reach out to customer support regarding the suspension. 

If your appeal is unsuccessful, eBay will send any pending funds to you within 190 days.
