Postage option changing to collection only on sale of item

All of my items for sale ending tonite changed from postage only to collection only when the buyers tried to pay. Never seen anything like this happen before, unbelievable. So basically there's no way for the buyer to pay for the postage, eBay helpline just tell me i have to cancel sale and relist, trying to say i made the mistake not their new system. I have been using eBay for 15 years so know how to do this, definitely something wrong with their new postage system

Do you have any item number examples that are showing this collection only on the listing?

this is a screen shot of the order details for one of the items - it
clearly states £10 + postage, but when the buyer paid it the only option
was collection only.

Three items I sold were the same, all the buyers bidded as it said postage
was an option and when the auction ended it was collection only and they
all had to cancel the sale.
