eBay ' divorced' PayPal as partnerships for payouts years ago,  so if their system is down,   you'd need to log into and ask PayPal's Customer Services,  about any current issues.

Just checked on-line & there are some problems noted with PAYPAL today in certain locations.

Still down this morning, unable to log in. I'll be doing the same if PAYPAL's not remedied by this evening, I've contacted the seller to advise meantime. 😐

I actually got to speak to someone at PayPal !.

Yep, update problem their end.. not many others are experiencing it.

Very annoying ..but at least I now know it's not me.

Paypal was down yesterday, and still appears to be down today. I've called Paypal Customer Service yesterday and today about it, and they say logging-in problems are being experienced by many of their users. They say they're looking into resolving the issue, but unable to give a time estimate. So there's no buying for me until they get it sorted, then!

Same for me for the whole day long last try 2025 17/07/25 still spinning, time to find my debit card.

just had my last try before my cocoa and it worked/ was able to use paypal as of 2100 hrs on 17-07-25.

Paypal now appears to be back up and running! Now able to complete purchases as normal on ebay. It worked for me at 22.30 hours this evening. Decaf cuppa time.
