ebay search "Item Location" tab missing when delivery address is some countries

When I do a search the search results do not include the option "Item Location" when I use Delivery to Czech Republic. If I change Delivery country to Germany then I get the "Item Location" option allowing me to specify European Union.

If I specify European Union in the Advanced search it is ignored when my location is Czech Republic.

It appears with Delivery to EU countries Belgium,France,Germany,Spain then the option is displayed but for, other countries it does not eg Denmark, Slovakia does not work. 

The work around is to change Delivery country on search to Germany as 90% of listings have the same delivery cost for all EU countries.

If you are using a UK Registered account to buy/sell from Czech Republic ?, you will continue to have Default UK><EU Location VAT/Duty/Shipping difficulties on Cross Border transactions .    An EU Registered acccount may be required to resolve the issue.
