Search results no longer showing using Google

I normally use Google and my searches have suddenly stopped displaying the results. I have attached a photo. It will still display fine using Edge browser.Does anyone know what the issue is - only stated in the last hour.

Uploading photos

Try to upload photos to sell an item. eBay says it's sending a message to my mobile. Never arrives. It used to send a message to a handset I used to have (same number) but that has now been disconnected.
